help identifying this harness plug

I have everything plugged up except this plug (circled in red). It looks like a neutral safety switch harness. Where does it go? Help!

Plugs into the tranny pig tail. Mine only uses one of the two if memory serves. I've got the 5spd. pig tail originates on the drivers side on tranny and plugs in to that connector close to the starter.

1985, EFI, 5 speed.

It's on the passenger side under the intake manifold. The two wires are black with yellow or white (?) stripe. The other white plug next to it (it's actually built in) plugs into the transmission.

I have looked at my old harness and it looks like this is the case. It was all dirty/muddy so I believe it was never used. This harness in the car now replaced the old crusty harness.
