help with a fuel line

help with a fuel line

I'm almost done with the head gasket job on my truck but I can't figure out where this one hose goes. It's small, i smells like gasoline and it comes from a metal line on the firewall on the pasenger side. It must be some kind of return line for fuel. If noone can tell what I'm describing I'll take a picture.

Sounds like the fuel return line.

That should connect to the fuel pressure regulator:
