Help finding correct TPS

Help finding correct TPS
I have been going round and round for months trying to find the correct TPS for my truck. Truck is a 1990 pickup with 22RE.
The bad TPS on this truck if you hold it so the plug is to the left, the plastic "detents" are at 12:00 and 6:00. Every time I order one, they are at 9:00 and 3:00. What is going on here?
