i need a hand. i have a 1990 toyota with a 22re. randomly it did the idle surge thing when i pressed the breaks for like 10-15 minutes then went away. now when i turn my heater on my idle jumps high and stays there until i turn my heater off so i went home and checked that coolant valve that gets plugged and that was clear, i changed my coolant temp sensor, and re did damn near every vacuum line. i tested my brake booster and it has no leaks. truck ran awesome before this, had no idle issues or anything. its a newer motor with like 35k and no a/c. next i was going to change my thermostat to see if that helps. if anyone has any info that could help that would be awesome

Did you check the booster check valve?
