actually it isnt mine yet.. i should have the code tommarow, the 4runner has 146,000 miles is basically mint shape otherwise considering it is 12 years old... he is asking 2700.00 for it and is negotiable.. should i snatch it up at this price and fix it even in a worse case scenerio?? its pretty much loaded ..limted sr5

For 2700 you should definitely buy it. It might just be the O2 sensor which can cause a code 25 or a myriad of other things but, it's most likely a minor issue anyways. I'd be all over that truck for 2700 bucks! Where do you live?

I'd buy it

My 1992 cost 4,000 and it's not a limited. I'd buy that one for $2,700 and just fix it. Even if you had to spend some money on it, it would still be a great deal.
