Help! 1994 4x4 IFS Diff needed ASAP

My front diff is making grinding noise and there is a lot of slop in the front drive shaft while pushing in and out. No one knows what's wrong cause it takes labor to crack it open to see.
Mighty Mouse saved my bacon and has me one on the way. A friend and I will be swapping front diffs here in the next couple weeks. I will keep everyone posted on the mystery of my front diff. Thanks to everyone for all the help.
