So I've got a 1986 pickup, it's a sr5 with the 22rec motor. I started the truck up just fine like 3 days ago and now when I go to start it, it won't start it cranks but won't turn over and sometimes when I'm trying to start it and I look under the hood there is a little bit of white smoke coming from the area of the throttle body and there is a faint smell of gasoline. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Does it start after cranking a few times Then how does it run??

When was your last tune up??

I would check the cold start intake valve.. Mines stripped a bit an it leaks air a tad bit but not gas.. When I could out an crank it for the first time in a while I have to left it crank over 5-10 seconds a couple times before it starts.. It's easy to fix but I haven't found one for under $150 so I'm just gonna let it ride.. Yours could just be a little lose
