ok i bought a 83 toyota with a 79 drive train but had a 20rthat some one put in it instead of the factory 22r the 20r blew a head gasket so i am want to put a 22re in it that i have i have all the harness for the motor cause i recentally swaped the 83 body out for a 93 any thing that i need and any help would be appriciated thanks i already no im going to have speedo probs cause the 79 tranny is mechanical and the cluster for the 93 is electric

 

look to marlincrawler.com I think they have some kind of adapter that converts mechanical to electrical speedos...
