It does eventually start however it now takes up to 10 tries before firing and some tries partly fire. Is this a starter relay problem or is my solonoid on its way out or is it the starter motor?

 

I'm in San Diego. Please help us see, hear, feel, smell what you are working with.
What do you hear, see, feel, smell when you try to crank? Exactly where is the sound, clicking, etc coming from?
