Heater

Okay soo in my 88runner the front heat is very weak yet the rear is normal. I took the heater controls out and followed the cable to were it turns the lever for the tempeture of the air and it's open all the way to the hot side. Any ideas?

Follow the heater pipes right up to the firewall...They join a little box with a mechanical cable on it.
