Ok I guess I got to explain a bit more...
I don't have the pic's of the removal...
Intake, gone; exhaust, gone; head, gone; water pump, gone; oil pump gone; timing cover, gone; oil pan, gone.
The crank bolt gave me no trouble, starter trick and the pulleys came right off with a puller. Didn't even budge the motor taking the pulley off.
As for the oil pan, I lifted the motor. I used a 2x4 a ratchet strap and it came right up. I had to pull the steering dampener and remove the pickup but it came out ok.
Tomorrow evening is all clean up and then Sat the rebuild begins. If all goes well I'll have her running Sat if not then def Sunday. I still have to finish my battery swap too.

The intake is not stock the AFM is for now (supra someday). I'm running 2.25" exhaust all the way back from just beyond the collector. So with the 268 cam, over sized valves, larger exhaust, and the intake battery swap, it should help out some. At least it will in the seat dyno.
I'll have more pic's tonight...I promise!!!

Hey man, I'm just happy for you that it's all arrived and YOU'RE SLAPPIN IT TOGETHER! It will be fun to see your doing the work though. I saw a 22re in a Cobalt Blue Pearl lowered 92 with the same color motor and highlights....gotta say, it really looked NICE! lol. Of course, he had a turbo that was chromed out, so that didn't hurt the 'mean' look, lol. Sorry for the tangent....just trying to see if you're doing anything unique in there while you're at it? Steam cleaning the bay, etc.?

Na nothin that fancy...I'm not a flashy guy. I'm more of a functional person if it works it's good. Shiny is defiantly nice but I just don't have the time for that right now. I'm missed out on a bunch of deals since she's been down, one of which was 9 large locust trees, cut and piled...that would have been a lot of heat for quite some time.
So I'm just all about getting her back on the road and having a little more gumption that it had before.
