Head gasket help 95 22re

Head gasket went on the truck.Question is to keep from pulling the front timing cover and messing with the tensioner, whats the trick to keep the timing chain in place, and the tensioner from pushing all the way out.

the tensioner will come out regardless and zip tie the chain to the cam sprocket. When re-installing you'll have to pull up on the chain to depress the tensioner when you slide it back on the cam.
