if the engine isnt getting the fuel it needs check out the fuel system including the fuel pump and filter. maybe a line is clogged from crap that made its way into your tank

i talked to someone and they told me that there is a certain way to setup the tps, i guess that the tps is making the ignition way too retarded. it makes sense. does anyone know how to set the tps in sync with the ignition.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think you can't set your timing unless truck thinks your idling. If your tps is not returning all the way to it's home position it'll never get the idle signal. This was happening to me and I was getting that code 51. A quick spray w/ some electrical cleaner and it's been fine ever since.

Get a multimeter and make sure the idle signal is being sent from the tps.

Once again, I might not know what I'm talking about. haha.

check fuel pressure and delivery volume.

Inspect the air intake tube for splits that could allow air in.

really it sounds like you are running out of options as a DIY repair, and you may have to start considering professional help

Dude your engine is doing the same as mine and i have a 3.o
Basically i have done all the same things you have
2 new o2
1 new tps
1 new coil and igniter
1new timing belt
New valve cover gaskets
New Plenum gasket
Checked the coolant sensor- no drop

Idles rough and loses cylinders at load but gains them back at WOT
Pain in the ass

Hope you figure it out; Im removing my EGR tomorrow maybe you should try the same. Or if you got the 51 just change your knock sensor....
