Getting 33's

Im gonna get some 33x10.5's and i have a 1.5 lift. I have front mud flaps on though and I just wanted to know if Im gonna have to take them off or if they can stay on. Id rather not sandblast the side of my truck.

What rims are you gonna use? Specifically, what's the backspacing?

Do you 'wheel the truck much?

just the stock 15X7 toyota rims. Same as I have with my 31's. I dont wheel it alot by most peoples standards but I do like to go exploring up in mountains etc. atleast once every couple weeks. I see you have 33x10.5's. Do you have any mudflaps on the front? If not does the sides of your runner get dinged up really bad. even with mudflaps on mine the sides have still lost quite a bit of paint through rock chips.

I think its going to happen either way. If you are experiencing it now with mud flaps, it will most likely continue. Just if you lose the mud flaps it will be worse.

BTW, most people say you can fit 33X10.50 stock. So with a little lift the mud flaps should probably be alright/

You will clear them fine.

I don't run mudflaps and my tires stick out 3" past the fenders... I got more then a few rock chips!
