gasoline leak from intake tubing

I've got a 1994 4Runner AT 3VZE. Just filled up the tank, drove home and smelled sweet sweet gasoline. looked around and saw dripping coming from under the fuel tank. Took some pics and it seems like its coming from the intake tubing somewhere above the tank but not too far up.
Has anyone else had any leaks like this? Do the 2nd gens commonly fail in some way here? Am I going to have to drop the tank to fix this leak?

probably easiest to remove the tank, but you might be able to pull the filler unit without dropping it.
