Gaskets?

Gaskets?
does the oil pump need a gasket on the 3VZ? or do i just needa use a good bead of FIPG???
okay so i know the water pump takes a gasket, because it just came with a nifty metal one (it's an aisin pump.) and the oil pan needs a good bead of FIPG
and can i get the small random gaskets at the local parts store? like for the coolant tube that runs under the lower intake manifold?
i need about 5 or 6 small random gaskets like that lol.
and on the exhaust manifolds, the small round metal gaskets, when i put those on and bolt on the crossover, is there supposed to be that BIG gap? or should the two metal surfaces(of the manifold and crossover) be touching?
i have about an 1/8in gap or bigger between the two surfaces...
