dose anyone know the size of a gas tank on an 88 4runner 4cyl?

 

on my pickup its about 13 gallons. id ASSUME that the gas tank on the 4runner is the same size, since all the parts from a 4runner and a pickup from like 86-88 are interchangeable. id check google, but im pretty sure its between 13 and 16 gallons.

 

There's a thread in here that some guys have "large" 17 gallon tank. I tired the "measuring" procedure someone posted. Didn't seem to do any good. I later determined I have the 14.5/15 gallon tank. I have an 86 4Runner. The 87 I once had was also the same size.

 

My 87 4Runner has a 14.3 gal in it, hope that helps.
