I have been finding lately that the line coming off of the charcoal canister is clogged on some trucks. Might be worth looking into or just good maintenance while under the hood. The last clogged hose I had took quite a bit of pressure to clear with an air hose.

 

There is a small filter on left front of motor with line going under plenum.
I'd clean that!
