have you checked the cv axles? any oil leaks? something rubbing? like skid plate?

edit: When did it happen? offroad? mudding? hit a curb? highway?

I think it started after i replaced the drivers side half shaft. But everything is greased and tight so i cant figure it out. don't have a skid plate and theres no rubbing anywhere...

now theres something that is very likely.take the wheel off that you think its coming from, and make sure the backing plate isnt touching the drum or the cv axle
