Fuel delivery problems

Hey guys so trying to get my old 4runner running better. I may have a few things going on but was hoping to get some opinions and advice
Problems:
-Sometimes has problems starting in the morning
-Runs rich

10 gallons as opposed to what? you put in more at some point in the past? is the tank dented? pickup or 4runner? i thought that they have different tank capacities?

you appear to have several separate issues that would require a multi-faceted approach to fixing... the oil issues could be major, i'd want to get a handle on that first.

did your truck ever have an engine that blew a head gasket? is the oil in the overflow some kind of residual problem from that? really not enough info.
