Front Passenger Side Grind

Winter is upon my and a problem that I've been hiding from has returned:

Last spring, when I had my hubs turned in and had the t-case in 2wd, I could hear a grinding/rubbing sound from the front passenger side.

I've spent most of the summer running around the beach with the hubs turned in and 4x4 working fine.

Today, I turn in the hubs and drive around the block in 2x4 and grinding occurs. Shift into 4x4 and grinding stops while accelerating and maintaining speed, starts grinding as soon as I let off the gas

I have replaced the inner and outer wheel bearings on that side, they were bad but didn't change this problem. I'm curious if there is another bearing on the inboard side of the inboard CV joint?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

There is a small bushing on the inside of the spindle.
