Front End Problems

Front End Problems
Ok, so recently my truck has been all over the place. It pulls to the left like crazy and the front tires messed up. So I jacked up the front end and did the old shake at 6 and 12 o'clock and also at 3 and 9 o'clock. My bearings are a little sloppy but nothing to worry about. The problem is there is something loose in the steering, it moves quite a bit when I shake it at 3 and 9 o'clock, however, I can't pinpoint it. I can't tell if its the idler arm, pitman arm, tie rods ends or what. Can someone please help me to identify the problem. What should I be looking for. Ohh by the way I have a 4" IFS installed if that helps.
Thanks in Advanced!!

I'm on my 3rd idler arm.
Stock, shot, second bent, 3rd is doing good so far.
Steering box's wear to, mine is worn in the middle pretty bad. With enough patience you can get a bent front IFS aligned with a worn steering box. IT's POSSIBLE! .. Takes a day, some beer and a lot of cuss words but it can be done =)
