Question Fresh Head gaskets + a few codes

Just got done replacing the head gaskets on my 95 4runner, 3VZE. 2wd automatic. i also put remanufactured heads on it. Check engine light came on so i scanned codes. This is what i came up with.. Throttle Position Senser Circuit, Rear O2 Sensor circuit, and EGR malfunction. What are some possibilities of what could be the problem? Ground issue? Since its the circuit and not the sensor itself i figured its one common problem and not the sensors themselves. It runs great though, starts right up, does seem like it should have a little more power however. Thanks

I'm sorry I can't help, as I'm in the same boat only shallower waters. I've just got the generic code 71, EGR malfunction. I'm just on the other side of the state from ya! My mechanic didn't put the wiring harness back into its slot behind the EGR and I found one of the spark plug wires arcing into the EGR, as well as horrible performance. Fixed the wires and cleared the code and now have amazing performance. But...CEL code 71? It doesn't come on until the engine is warm and the shop put a new (used) EGR valve, so it's plenty clean. The EGR Modulating valve does not let air flow "freely" to the filter side as the manual discusses the test, but it doesn't allow air with the 3500 rpms. What have people been using for filter material as the filter in the EGR modulating is not sold seperately? I cleaned the filter with compressed air, but it is greazy. Unrelated I believe, my dashpot cap is cracked. I thought about switching filters between the dashpot and the EGR mod!
