Frame swap

I got a 1994 Toyota standard cab 2wd, if I buy a 80s model 4x4 Frame will my cab and everything fit, not worried about wiring I can make a harness for the differences

Go find the frame dimension schematic for you 1994. Essentially a drawing of your frame with all the various measurements from key points, including cab and bed mount locations. The frame dimension image is in the FSM. but you can often find online
Then go find the schematic for your potential 4WD frame. I'd think some modifications will be needed, but this will show you what to expect.
