I don't recall exact dimensions for the console, but between my seats is about 81/2 inches if I scrunch the seat "a little" I'd like something to go up to where the platform is, platform for the dogs is about 13" high from the floor, and 23"ish from where it would hit the platform w/ lid open in the back and not interfere w/ 4wd shifter (furthest back position, 4 wd Hi) in the front side.

lost one on ebay for $79 last week

Happy hunting

PS the Subaru seats are heated

I have a set of seats from an izusu trooper, just bolted my old bench seat slider to the bottom of the seat and bolted them in, very easy. They only charged me $40 for both of them in mint condition.

I payed 20 bucks for seats from an early 90's celica. From Ecology.

Then again, I payed 60 for a set of much nicer Scion TC seats. Pics of those are in my build thread in my sig.

Well.. Since you say so...

These are in my Tacoma.

They are a lot more comfortable then my stock Tacoma seats. But, if I knew what I knew now I'd have held off and tried to find some lexus seats or something more luxurious.

I re used my seat belts. The drivers side seat belt hole will be used for the seat frame.

For the ex cab guys...after the seat swap, does your pass seat still slide forward to allow access to the back?

and scuba...nice avatar. haha. loved that episode.

I used seats from a Hyundai and used the tracks from them also. As long as the tracks have that feature then the seats will slide forward.

I put sr5 seats in my pickup that were from a 4runner and the slide forward just like the old 60-40 seat did no issues there!

That looks like a rolled up belt of 30-06 on 1919 links there in the floor. Maybe .50bmg? Cant really get a good idea on the size.
