Given that it is advertised for a $1 even if he says it was a typo, as long as we have a copy of the original ad I bet it would hold up in court...

Op, time to screen print and make some copies!
I see alot of guys putting stuff up for $1 to attract attention, then at the bottom they put a much higher amount of money

People are always putting $1 on there. I just skip over those ads. I think they want you to make an offer...
I doubt it would hold up in court, as he has no obligation to sell it, right?

he could be a guy getting a divorce and not wanting to give the ex ole lady halve of what the truck is worth.bought a lexus for my grandparents like that one time.sold it a little while later though
