Backwards! It looks more streamlined that way and a heck of a lot cooler too.

But you'll do it foward facing, I know.

Haaaa you guys are funny...Forwards ...Backwards...well i scratched up my roof turning the dam thing around..and around ..I like it Forward...The backwards thing will be on my mind too much. So i will start work soon...Have to lower the front legs and raise the rear...One of the rear legs is missing so i have to Fab a pair of legs...also thinking about how to do that. making it narrower is easy.

Is the double cab Taco roof big enough for one?

I like it forward, but it is your runner. Looking forward to it no matter how you stick it on.

No, I forgot I just changed my Avatar, that is actually my wife's Taco. I would put it on this:

That is why I like the backwards. When the rear is loaded with gear or trailer you can add more to the rack without everything being on the rear axle.

Might fit on my wifes Dcab if it went onto the shell. I don't think it would look very good though.

You've got to get this thing mounted, because you've got me really curious how it'd look on my 98

Looks pretty good. I can see the wife killing me now if I take hers off and put in on the Runner....

Great find also...they are going for over $300 other places....

when mounted...will it beable to support the weight of the vehicle...like it does for the FJ...and everyone else is right, that is a darn good find,i've seen one recked FJ in Canada and it had already been stipped (less than 2 days after the wreck!)
