Well i was able to SAS it in a day in a half. I like how it turned out just Finished SAS build-image-4118127487.jpg Finished SAS build-image-747118901.jpg Finished SAS build-image-749450327.jpg Finished SAS build-image-30773721.jpg Finished SAS build-image-3249426558.jpg Finished SAS build-image-2750477411.jpg Finished SAS build-image-1473655460.jpg Finished SAS build-image-3072663309.jpg Finished SAS build-image-681812327.jpg need blocks for the rear though. Also still dealing with LOW oil pressure which i have been sense doing the head gaskets on my 3.0 if you guys have any suggestions id appreciate it and i have already replaced the oil pressure switch so thats not it.

Which kit/options did you use? What size tires? Any body lift?

Trail gears 5 inch HD springs, 37 inch tires (need like 40s) and 2 inch body.

It looks fantastic..and to have only taken 1.5 days to put together. Gotta ask though, why the 5inch kit? What's all the height for?

I already have Chevy 63 in the rear so yes i will be blocking it up.

Nice fab skills. Wish I could do that, instead I had to buy a truck someone else SAS'ed and I'm now trying to fix all the cob jobs from the po..... Regardless, sick looking truck.

Wow thats fast, took me 4.5 days with help. How about adding flat leafs in the rear to get height, and or longer shackles?

I already have very long shackles and have an over lead under my 63. Easiest and cheapest way is blocks.

So oil pressure was normal before the HG?

Haha nope started friday afternoon had everything cut off by the end of the day. Then saturday cleaned up the frame welded hanger and cut shackle holes. Then later steering, shocks, ect. Pretty straight forward. I had to have it done by Monday but i didnt really know how long it was going to take. And yes the oil pressure was normal before the head gasket.
