Well thats a start pic wise, PS no jeep pics. Borrow a good camera and get some more pic of your rig.

You need to resize those eep photos. They're too big. 1px X 1px should be fine.

why does everybody hate a jeep...theres a CJ7 around my parts that has a spring over lift and some 35's...that will do circles around most of the toyota's i've seen on here...aside from the highly modified ones...(i.e SAS or long travel...BUILT rigs..)..just sayin..i dont want a jeep..but i'd love to have one to beat on lol..but my '80 toyota has taken that spot

An old Honcho... sure bring it... maybe even a CJ3. Something from when Jeep actually meant something.

Make no mistake, I like Jeeps, I just don't want to pay for them.

Nice looking truck you have there. Next time post up some action shots.

if he's getting 35's and rear locker with 4:88's he's going to snap that rear dana 35 every time he hits the throttle ......

Read any thread on jeepforum.com and find out the limit on dana 30's and 35's is like 33" tire max ... and even that is pushing it.

lol..so you guys are saying...basically if somebody offered to give you a jeep you wouldn't take it??...if somebody wants to give me a 4wd anything..or sell me a 4wd anything for cheap..i'll take it/buy it...toyota or not..im just into offroading..and i honestly don't think ANY stock vehicle is better than another for offroading....aside from the DODGE POWERWAGON because it has front and rear lockers and a winch as options..lol..and of course any other truck/SUV that has lockers front and rear..or just rear..( i mean like selectable's)

toyota's aren't very good stock..WAY underpowered (aside fromt he 3rd gen runner and up and taco generations)..and they are open differentials front and rear..the only thing they have going for them are their weight (most are lightweight compared to full size pickups and SUV's)..and their size..

hell my dads old 1990 chevy single cab long bed Z71 could do circles around my '86 any day...limited slip in the rear and idk what up front (it was completely stock other than some A/Ts)..and it had more power than he ever needed with the 350...

the only bad thing about our dodge diesel we had was it's weight...other than that it was the best truck we ever owned period...of course with enough wheel spin i got out of almost anything i got into...that's another thing i liked about it..you could throw it in 4wd..an drive as fast as you wanted to with no problems..hell i was in a bottomless pit of mud and i creeped forward in 4hi 5th gear goin 65mph....although i was barely moving..(stupid i know..what if i would have caught some hard ground...wow that'd been bad..LOL)

lol hes got 4.10's? with a detroit in the rear now, and i dunno what he'll brake but itll get upgradded when he does, and yea that happened to be clay there, and it was raining and hes got 31" slicks lmao he made it up it, that was n 2wd there.. i dont hate heeps their just expensive, and yes i know about the camera, it was my phone....so yeah not the best, ever since then the trucks been in restoration/ driveable mode, so no wheelin lately, ill get some good pics when i get my 5:29's and aussie in the front...

I've been thinking about this thread for a while and the turn it has taken toward Jeeps vs Toys and what not. I know our rigs are great at most anything they do bone stock, so are Jeeps, so are others. I will say that I have no desire to run a Jeep but I'd trade my 4runner like it sits for a 1980 IH Traveller with the SD33T Nissan diesel in it faster than you can blink. Some rigs are good at some things, some are good at others. No one builds a rig factory that will do it all when talking about moderate trails, with the exception of any of the Rubicons. Those things are tough and at 30K for a new one they should be.

Which is why I love wheeling with all of them. It gives me a chance to show off and get shown up and still have one hell of a time.
