Factory Service Manual: available on-line?

Hey folks,
Like the title says, I'm curious if anyone has put the factory service manuals on-line.

I'm thinking I'd like to pull my engine and try re-building it on my own. I'm thinking the FSM might come in handy...lol

Along those lines, does the AC need to be disconnected to pull an engine? My concern is refilling the system. Since it works fine now and I think I'm still running r-12.

thanks

For what vehicle?

'93 truck:
http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...fsm/index.html

'95 4Runner:
http://www.the-roo.com/4runner/

The truck one is much easier to navigate, I would use that one if you can (motor, suspension, etc).

Sorry, I've got a 90 4Runner with the 3VZE. So, really anything with a write-up on removing the 3VZE.

thanks

If you do a search for '2nd gen swap', or '3VZE swap' you'll get a lot of stuff...try that and see if that helps.

^^I did the same. It covered both 22RE and 3.0. It was for a 4Runner, but the 22RE stuff was still relevant for my truck.

Through Pennsylvania POWER library..which is an online service they offer to library card holders online...They offer repair manuals on pretty much any car you can think of....check with a local library to see if your state offers anything like that.
