Engine rattle

Engine rattle
On my 88 Toyota I just built a 22re from bottom to top bored out the hole 9 yards and it's got 4500 miles on it and it all the sudden started rattling I've checked the valve trane and all and everything's good and looked in the cylinders with a bore scope and everything was fine anybody got any ideas I'm kind of guessing rod bearing the way it sounds
