OK, I'm kind of a noob when it comes to engines and stuff, and it seems to me that my 3VZE makes too many noises for it to be in good shape...It runs OK at high RPM, but it idles like crap and I've been getting pretty bad gas mileage.

When I accelerate, it makes kind of a buzzing sound, to me it sounds like maybe an engine mount is loose?

I think there's also an exhaust leak somewhere in front of the driver's side, it makes a kind of "thit thit thit" sound most of the time.

There's also a squeaking sound somewhere in engine bay, and it's not the belts.

Another interesting noise comes from under the console, like a shaking sound. I have no idea what that is.

I'm pretty sure my power steering gearbox is going out too, because it groans like a whale.

Does everybody else have so many noises coming from their old 3VZE's? I want to put some money in this truck but I'm not going to do it until I know the engine's not gonna crap out.
