electrical issue

Hey I have a 1990 2wd 5spd pickup that someone put a 22r in. All the fuses are sill labeled for efi I just bought the truck and have started it every day to keep the battery up while it's so cold out went out today and nothing battery is up tried to jump and nothing I ran some wires and installed a starter button and now all good starts with button and turns off with key however at the same time the starting issue came up I have no stop tail or turn signals only lights that work are head lights and battery light is on

Hey guys I think I found the problem the 80s alternator fuse under the hood was blown however it must have melted into the fuse black because it won't come out and it broke off flush

Fuse fixed the problem kinda a pain tho have to disassemble the fuse block to remove the fuse because the wires are bolted to it

The makes a good tight connection if it was any other way problems would be much greater.
