ecm Test Mode? 1990 3.0 manual

I was going to try this out yesterday but noticed te2 pin is not populated. Does test mode not exist on some models. I know the manual is for a 1993.

If you have no TE2 terminal, then your ECU isn't designed for Test mode. Simple as that.

And no, not all EFI models/years are equipped with ECUs that are Test mode ready.
