ebay clear corners quality
So I'm starting to look in to trying to swap a 3rd gen front end on to my 2nd gen and wanted to start piecing stuff together. Are the clear corners sold on ebay for any generation of any quality at all or should I buy them somewhere else?

I have a set on my runner, you can check my almost complete pics in the link below. They are not OEM, but I would be hard pressed to come up with someone to tell the difference. The only possible thing I could notice is that the outside little plastic trim was gloss instead of flat black. Other than that, they were a lot less expenisve than OEM, and I cannot complain.

Ditto. I had the same concerns you had when I bought mine. I PM'd a few people that bought them off of Ebay and they had no issues so I ordered up a set. No issues for the last six months and they look like the day they came. (I was worried they would turn yellow.)
Now, others that regularly submerge their trucks in water have claimed (and I believe them) that these cheapy Ebay ones hold water. Jason B's clear corners, although more pricey, seem to be the ones to get for those that go into water regularly as they don't hold water (better sealed).
Good luck.
