Drivers side window gets power, but doesn't move

Drivers side window gets power, but doesn't move
I know the switch works because when I press it the volts meter (dash) goes down and when I press it the motor clicks. Also if I hold it down the motors magnetic field changes sides (changes polarity)? I really need to fix this... I had to go through the drive through backwards the other day!

Found the problem
Looks like I have to go find a new motor, this one doesn't have any threads left on the worm drive gear. Does any body know if camry or toyota car window motors will fit?
