Question Driver's side mirror?

I'm curious. MY 88-4R has the manual black plastic mirrors on the doors. The driver's side mirror can be adjusted in and out, but not up and down. It's really annoying since it renders the mirror near useless. Did they come from the factory like that or did someone replace the mirror with a chinese POS perhaps?

Its likely just rusted, or corroded in some fashion or another. Try really cranking on it, and if it breaks, owell since since you would have had to replace it anyways.

If it doesn't move, force it. If it breaks, it had to be replaced anyways.

Fixed it. Someone put glue in it. The ball was stuck.
