driveline linkage spacer?

I'm new here but have gleened so much good advice, i figured this is where to post a question...
So i noticed a weird rattle while driving that got worse at high speed. too busy to check it out and today on the freeway i heard a ka-chunk and lost power. got off the road and turns out i lost all 4 bolts that join the driveline to the rear differential. oops. luckily i was a 10 minute walk to Home Depot so i got some grade 8 bolts and put it back together. my question is... is there a spacer that i lost in the incident? my truck has a cheap ass lift with maybe 1 1/2" spacers between the frame and body and someone told me that can throw off the angle of the driveline. so maybe that spacer would be after market. it seems to not want to mate firmly and i still had a little bit of that vibrating hum, but much reduced. also, are those grade 8 bolts rated hard enough to hold these critical parts together?
thanks for any advice
cheers Dash

Seriously doubt there was a spacer in there. I'd use a bit of blue loctite on those bolts/nuts to prevent that from happening again.
