I replaced my door hinge pins with 5/16 pins (they were actually bolts with a 3" shank till I cut and drilled them) for quick removal. There's a good video on u tube of this (not me), though I recommend taking the hinges off the truck. They sell these online but the ones I saw were $80. I've never been scared of a little work. It now takes but literally one minute for door removal.

Did the same thing but cotter pins kept falling out, so upgraded to bolts. Takes about 2 mins a door now lol. You still in the bees?

 

Indeed I am, reservist with 27. Gulfport I see...I used to hate that place with a firey passion but now it's like a second home. That's weird your cotter pins kept falling out, I haven't fought that issue yet. I'm surprised the nuts on the bolts don't vibrate loose, but if it works it works.

I do love me some doorless topless action...
