I had a lot of my 1995 4Runner Dash apart and this was lying on the floor, but I may have dropped it there. Bottom line, I am wondering if anyone might recognize whether it plays a role in the 4Runner interior, possible behind the dash? Thank you

 

I think I might remember; possibly the bracket that the OEM throttle pedal mounted to? This vehicle is getting a VW ALH diesel and I might have removed it to make room for the VW fly by wire pedal.
