Pic Request: Dead Pedal Bracket behind carpet(and dead pedal)

I'm trying to add a new factory dead pedal and bracket I just got in from a dealer and can't figure out exactly where the exact position of the bracket needs to be and even how it's mounted. Please pull back your vinyl or carpet and yank the pedal and post pics! Thanks!

OK, what in the heck is a dead pedal? are you talking about a foot rest on the driver side front wheel well?? O have been driving toyota's for 32 years, had a ton of them and probably 40-50 cars over the years

and it helps to say the model and year of what you are talking about

There's a little dimple I think the bottom of the bracket is supposed to rest against. Still need a pic to be sure though. Thanks!
