Does anyone else miss their leaky slave cylinder?

I just replaced my leaky slave (and master while I was at it). I bought the truck about a month ago and had been driving it around thinking the clutch felt amazing. That was until a buddy of mine (who has had three second gens) got in and drove it. "Whoa" he said, "The compression is way too high on this clutch, you probably have a leaky slave, dude". Well, he was right.

But in the meantime, I'd gotten used to having a ton of play in the clutch. I liked the high compression point! Now that both cylinders are replaced the compression point is super low. It feels like every other old truck. Not a lot of room to play when releasing the clutch...

I hate it

I want my leaky slave cylinder back!
