Differential Guard

Hey guys looking for a differential guard for my 87Runner.

I found these two..
http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index...-8-tar-dg.html

and this one
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Weld-On-Small-Differential-Guard-For-Truck-4Runner-and-FJ80-/150982407447?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item232740b517&vxp=mtr
The one from low range looks killer but I dont want wont have to cut the the guard off if and when I have to get in there.

The second one (i'm a moron) I'm not putting together hows its installed and how it protects. I'm assuming with it on you are still able to get into the pumpkin.

Any other options??

The one from Ebay looks like it would't protect from much. It's one of those things that you get what you pay for.

I don't know what you mean by this. It has a hole for you to access the fill plug and it doesn't block and of the differential bolts. So, if you ever needed to take the pumpkin out, you should still be able to.

You don't seem to be familiar with how Toyota differentials work. There's no removable diff cover. To access the gears, the whole third member, pinion, gears and all comes out the FRONT.

Lol, you sir are right but it's amazing with even my limited knowledge just looking at the thing and not assuming.

Thank you for pointing that out.
