Differences Pickup/Taco IFS

I'm trying to sell my factory skid plate on Craigslist off my '92. Someone with a 97 Tacoma emailed me about it, asking if it would fit his truck. Are their bolt holes for one like on the 3rd gen trucks?

Well I knew the frames were different.
I also new that the axles, etc.. were all different.
I just figured there was a chance it might fit anyway.

Fortunately, I also know which one is better.
