Timing belt
Timing belt tensioner pulley
Water pump(locator pin for spring tensioner or no pin for hydraulic tensioner)

It's probably not relevant, but the entire ignition system, and the knock sensor, were also changed in 92.
BTW, technically it's 88-92 vs. 93+

This is where VIN # is important. Girlfriend's truck is a 1992 and mine is a 1993. Differences on truck.
1. Same ignition system, cap, rotor and 02 sensor. As ordered from Toyota.
2. Timing belt is different but I have not done hers yet. No auto tensioner.
3. Different wiper blades but are interchangable, I perfer 93 and up.
4. Other as noted as above.
5. Rim spacing -8mm for 93 to -15 for 92, but this is based on Deluxe versus SR5.
6. Trucks are almost the same our differences are seats 92 60/40 split (sucks) versus buckets in 93. P225R15 tires versus 31.0x10.5. Also I have the sun roof, everything else is the same.
Before installing OME lift kit her truck was higher front and rear and she had P235R15 versus LT31x10.5 R15.
Just of the top of my head. So to me it was not a instant change but one that was done over time.
Most parts are interchangable.
