Darn thing won't start - COR, MAF?

1986 pickup on a dolphin motorhome
22re
Symptoms: out of nowhere it stopped firing up.

History:
Fuel pump is new
Filter is new
Circuit opening relay is new but never hear a click
No 12volts to fuel pump even with new circuit opening relay.
I jumped the circuit opening relay at same harness it plugs into passenger kickpanel (Not under the hood) and bam we have power to fuel pump harness.
As soon as I turn on Ignition I get fuel to motor but still not start.
Efi main relay clicks
Haven't done ohm or voltage tests.
I'm not that good with electrical.

Motor will start with starting fluid every time.
wants to run
So technically with the COR jumped and fuel getting to the motor, I would think it should start.

It's almost like my fuel injectors aren't working or something. Cold start injector maybe?

I know it's something stupid.
I was reading about the mass air flow sensor sending signal to COR so that prob is my issue overall BUT if I have the COR jumped aren't we taking the MAf out of the equation?

Thanks guys

Any check engine codes? Even if the light isn't on, there may be codes stored there.

Check the EFI fuse?

This ^^^ check the EFI fuse, you should power to the injectors when you turn the key on. Computer completes the circuit by grounding it out making the injector cycle

I learnt so much about cars from you and my friends that I don't really need to see any more, but I come back and watch for recreation and pleasure.

After thinking this over for a few days, I'm thinking maybe the ignition switch. You say it starts after you shoot it with fluid, so that tells me the injectors are cycling. It sounds like the initial fire up, the fuel pump is not priming when you turn the key on to pressurize the rail.
