Cylinder Head

I am in need of a left cylinder head and good news is that I found one but the thing is, the parts truck is an 1991 4runner so I was wondering if it will fit to a 1992 4runner? (3VZE) Thanks in advance.

i cant think of a reason why it shouldnt??

do you have any specific reasoning as to why it shouldnt???

I am just concerning about when they are made, from 1/92 through 5/92 which I believe some are long block and some are short block but I don't know if they are same but anyway thanks again, think it will fit...
