Yeah, but he wants to spend a lot of time in sand, the bigger footprint will help a lot.

Your new plan sounds much more reasonable.

Sounds like you've got it figured out, but just to add another opinion... I live in Florida so I kinda know about fishing and driving in sand etc... but I don't really have the same truck.. I have an '86 pickup with a 2.4L four-banger (22R) and I can get around town and the sand pretty good on 33X12.50X15's with stock gears (4.101) and a Lock-Rite in the rear.. As I said.. it's a little different animal, but gives you another opinion, by the way, I have stock spec suspension and it really never rubs

Well I really gotta say you guys have been great. Yall have really helped me alot. I am in the process of finding a camera(my digital was stolen) to take pics of my truck now as it is, and will take pictures throughout the whole buildup. I will be doing a TON of fishing this summer so I hope to have all of this done by the end of may. And of course I will post even more pics then. Thanks guys

Body lifts are one of the best mods that you can do to gain off-road performance.

Kinda an off-topic question, but how are you living off your GI bill? Thought you could only use it for school. Is there a way to get access to it instead of school? Just curious cause i get out in 2 years -thanks
