Crankshaft/Flywheel balancing

Hey folks,
So i pulled apart a spare 22R engine the other day and totally forgot to mark the relationship of the flywheel to the crankshaft...
Is this a big problem? Do i need to balance it somehow? Does everyone else mark the relationship when they tear an engine down? What happens when you buy a new hi torque flywheel that has never been on your engine?

Will my engine shake itself to bits if i just put the flywheel back on any which way? :O
Do they balance them at the factory somehow?

Thanks!

haha! righto.
I read that the crank and flywheel get balanced seperaely at the factory - but my 4Runner workshop manual says to mark the relationship or else!
I just hope the machine shop doesn't remove the labels i put on my conrods when i dropped them off!

Why do conrods have to go back on the same way they came out? is it as the stress they are under need to be the same way again or they will weaken?
Also, the little nodules cast on the rod caps and rod base tell you which way faces front right?
