Coolant sound after rad change

Probly nothing, but i got a new rad installed and during the first start in the morning when the idle is high, you can noticably hear coolant dripping like slow tap water from somewhere inside the middle of the dash.

Think this could just be an air-lock from the rad change ?

did you allow your heater core to get full flow of water when you were adding coolant in? as in having the control valve all the way to the right for hot?

push that lever for the heater temp all the way to the right, let your engine run for a little while. like 2 minutes. then shut it off, and if your radiator is lower on coolant then i would guess that was your problem. just some air in the heater core
